Email Account policy: Reliance Connects reserves the right to disable any email account that is inactive for more than ninety (90) days, and to terminate any email account that is inactive for more than six 6 months. This will not act to limit any other termination rights that Reliance Connects has under this Policy. A Reliance Connects email account will be considered active or inactive based upon the most recent date it has been logged into and accessed.
The email account(s) must be logged into no less than once every ninety (90) days to retain an active status and avoid being disabled. Reliance Connects is not responsible for the forwarding or storing of any email(s) contained within the account prior to it being disabled, suspended, or terminated. At Reliance Connects discretion, any such email will be returned to the sender, ignored, deleted, or stored temporarily. In the event that a Service account is terminated for any reason, all email associated with that account (and any secondary accounts) will be permanently deleted.
You, the customer, are solely responsible for backing up and archiving any important email.
